This place is a great holiday base for exploring Aqualandia which is nearby, and there is a fantastic restaurant called Kebabish Masala that is really close to the apartment and definitely worth a visit!

Fairly quiet location but near everything and no steep hills to climb better than other reviews have said
No reception you use an exchange shop down the road but no information received from booking.You have to ask for an open balcony as our one was closed in so not much sun

The location was good. It was close to the main entertainment areas of Levante. Despite that, it was quiet in the evenings.
On both our arrival ( a Sunday afternoon 13:00 ) and our departure ( early hours of a Sunday 03:30 ) there was no one to collect keys from or give keys to. We found details of where to collect our keys posted on the window of the nearest estate agent. There was no notice at the Loixmar itself. Worse, there were no directions in the welcome pack given to us as to where to leave keys / check out for nightime departures. When I left the keys at the same hotel we picked them up from, the night porter seemed to have no knowledge that we would be doing so.
